These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Foreguard Contracting website at foreguard.cc and any services provided by Foreguard CC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Foreguard CC is a custom order fulfillment and product sourcing agency based in the United Kingdom. We operate under the trading name Foreguard Contracting.

All services are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
All quotes provided are estimates and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. A confirmed order requires written acceptance and payment of a deposit where applicable. We are not liable for price fluctuations from third party suppliers after an order has been confirmed.
Payment terms are agreed on a per-order basis. Standard terms require a deposit of 50% upon order confirmation, with the remaining balance due prior to dispatch. All prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via bank transfer, card payment and other methods as agreed.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by third party suppliers, customs authorities, or logistics providers are outside our control. We will communicate any delays promptly.
We take reasonable steps to ensure all products meet agreed specifications. In the event of a material defect or incorrect order, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of receipt. We will investigate and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, partial refund or credit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from use of our services.
